An industrial wastewater treatment system is provided to decompose and eliminate organic compounds contained in various harmful gases or wastewater through strong power for oxidizing organic matters by supplying ionized gas generated in an ionized gas generating equipment into a plasma ionization tank, thereby reacting the ionized gas with industrial wastewater, livestock wastewater and municipal wastewater collected in the plasma ionization tank. An industrial wastewater treatment system comprises: a wastewater collecting step; a wastewater treating step of reacting collected wastewater with ionized gas of an ionized gas generating equipment to oxidize and degrade organic matters in wastewater, eliminate colors, odor and Escherichia coli, and adsorb and remove nitrogen in a zeolite tower; and a wastewater discharge step of reusing purified wastewater, stabilizing quality of the purified wastewater, and discharging the quality stabilized wastewater to the outside, wherein the ionized gas generating equipment comprises: a vacuum tank(200) in which vacuum is maintained; a high voltage generating part(300) installed in the vacuum tank to boost a low AC voltage to a high AC voltage; an ultraviolet ray generating part(400) lowering a high AC voltage of the high voltage generating part to an appropriate voltage, and supplying the lowered voltage to ultraviolet lamps(420); and an electric discharge part(500) including electric discharge plates(510) to which the high AC voltage of the high voltage generating part is connected, into which the ultraviolet lamps are inserted such that the ultraviolet lamps are spaced apart from one another in a predetermined gap, and which generates ionized gas.
