<p>A highly rigid water permeable concrete and a manufacturing method for the same are provided, in which the concrete has 0.01cm/sec of permeability coefficient and 180 to 240kg/cm^2 of specified compressive strength. A highly rigid water permeable concrete comprises 100 to 150kg/m^3 of water, 280 to 350kg/m^3 of cement, 1590 to 1950kg/m^3 of primary recycled aggregates having the size of 13 to 2.5mm, 30 to 100kg/m^3 of highly strengthening mixture, 3 to 10kg/m^3 of CSA expansive agent, 10 to 40kg/m^3 of colorant. A retardant is used in the amount less than 0.3% with respect to the total amount of the cement. The manufacturing method of the concrete comprises the steps of: producing and pre-wetting the primary recycled aggregates by grinding waste concrete until satisfying the grain size standard of KS F 2573(recycled aggregates for concrete) followed by removing the fine powders adhered on the surface of the aggregates through heating; producing highly strengthening mixture by blending and grinding 60 to 80% by weight of anhydrite and 24 to 40% by weight of Pozzolan matter; feeding 280 to 350kg/m^3 of cement, then 30 to 100kg/m^3 of the highly strengthening mixture and 3 to 10kg/m^3 of CSA expansive agent into 1590 to 1950kg/m^3 of the pre-wetted primary recycled aggregates in dry mixing; feeding inorganic colorant, water and compatible raw material to the mixer.</p> |
