A rotary type concentration apparatus equipped with a round coil is provided, which concentrates viscous industrial organic by-products of high water contents, exerts improved efficiency of electric heat area, and runs without scale on the electric heat plate or without bubbles caused by stirring. A rotary type concentration apparatus equipped with a round coil consists of a main body(10), cylindrical axis of rotation(20), steam feeding rotary joint(30), round coil(40), rotary joint to discharge condensed water(50), outlet for the evaporated steam(60) and recovery line for collected liquid(70). The main body(10) has feeding inlet(11) and discharging outlet(12). The cylindrical axis of rotation(20) is connected to driving motor(21) to rotate in the main body. The steam-feeding rotary joint(30) is formed on one platform side of the axis(20) to support the axis(20) and it has steam-feeding inlet(31) on the other side of the axis(20) to supply steam to the inside of the cylindrical axis of rotation(20). The coil(40) forms gyration in one or more strands outside the axis(20) to rotate along the axis(20), and it facilitates heat exchange of steam fed from the steam inlet(31). The rotary joint to discharge condensed water(50) is formed on the other platform side of the axis(20) to support the axis(20), and it has an outlet for condensed water to discharge the heat-exchanged steam through the axis(20) and the cylindrical coil(40). The outlet for the evaporated steam(60) is located on one side of the main body(10), and it discharges the evaporated steam generated in the main body(10). The recovery line for collected liquid(70) is on the flank of the main body(10) and reclaims the collected liquid which is separated from the evaporated steam from the outlet for the evaporated steam(60). The main body(10) has see-through window(80) on one side for watching inside of the cylindrical coil(40) and seeing the continuous submerged running with the concentrated matter. |
