FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, to methods of plasty of bone tissue defects arising as a result of trauma or after removal of neoplasms. Implant for plasty of bone cavities is made on the basis of coarse-cellular collagen matrix from decalcinated spongy bone. Immobilisation of antibacterial preparations, blast cell cultures, osteogenesis and vitamin stimulators is performed on it.
