A battery care device for a vehicle is provided to optimize performance and prolong the life span of a battery by separating only a sulphate from a polar plate. A battery care device for a vehicle includes a voltage state monitoring unit(50), a clock signal generator(60), a clock signal converter(70), and a counter-electromotive force pulse generator(40). The voltage state monitoring unit(50) generates a drive signal when a voltage higher than a voltage of a battery is applied between first and second power source terminals of the battery. The clock signal generator(60) generates a clock signal of a first duty cycle in response to the drive signal. The clock signal converter(70) inverts a phase of the clock signal and generates an inverting clock signal. The counter-electromotive force pulse generator(40) provides a counter-electromotive force pulse of a second swing level to the first power source terminal of the battery.
