METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF DRUG EXCRETION FROM BODY

A method for determination of parameters of drug excretion from a body comprises estimation of an amount of excreted product within the range of excretion sampling and integration of this parameter. Indicated values are divided by ti of excreted substances, regression analysis is performed, and excretion rate constant is estimated as well as amount of excreted product extrapolated to an infinite exposition. Obtained values are used in regression analysis of mean retention time (MRT) of a substance.
