FIELD: processes for drying dispersed materials, possibly in microbiological, food making, chemical and other branches of industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: chamber drier includes loading device, drying chamber. Housing of drying chamber is in the form of rectangular parallelepiped. On framework of chamber between trucks flaps are mounted for dividing space of chamber by three zones arranged one over another. Drying agent moves successively along said zones. Fresh air heated by means of outer calorifer is sucked by fan and supplied to lower part of chamber where it moves at changing direction of its motion twice and it is two times heated in intermediate calorifers. Part of waste air through gate is fed for mixing with fresh air in mixing chamber; waste air is discharged through dust removing system. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying process. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
