An ultrasonic mixer-activator contains a container with spherical cover and bottom established on the support with the aid of shock absorbers, loading and unloading branch pipes, membrane with the magnetostrictive source horizontally fixed with the aid of shock-absorbing ring gaskets, concentrators of ultrasonic oscillations and stop-distribution valves. It contains vertically installed container, whose upper part is cylindrical, and lower part is the funnel-shaped, under cover of which between sealing gaskets is horizontally mounted the membrane with centrally and rigidly fixed magnetostrictive transducer equipped with openings located on the contour from the inside of the membrane of the first component cup-shaped of concentrator of ultrasonic waves with the openings around the rod rigidly and centrally fixed from the lower side, to the bottom of which is rigidly and centrally fastened the second component of the concentrator of smaller diameter with the openings located on the contour of the inside of the third cup-shaped component of the concentrator with central opening in its bottom, whose diameter is smaller than the previous diameter and similarly fastened to it, and further it is rigidly and centrally fastened to the previous component the fourth component of concentrator with the central opening of smaller diameter.
