摘要 A multi-radio frequency carrier generation device appropriate for RoF(Radio over Fiber) system application is provided to generate radio frequency carriers having plural selective channel intervals simultaneously by using two wireless signal sources with the use of selective amplification and stimulated Brillouin scattering wavelength dependency. A multi-wavelength light source(102) generates pump light by controlling wavelengths of light sources. An optical circulator(114) inputs the pump light to deliver the light to a stimulated Brillouin scattering generator(112), and delivers a selectively amplified signal to a photo detector(116) through scattering light and the pump light. Once the pump light is inputted, the generator(112) generates the scattering light in opposite direction to a progressing direction of the pump light. A subcarrier modulator(110) inputs the pump light to generate frequency modulation waveform by responding to a scattering frequency of the scattering light and a channel frequency, and outputs the generated waveform to the generator(112). The detector(116) generates wireless carriers by using the selectively amplified signal through the scattering light and the pump light.
