Oligonucleotides are provided to be useful used for stimulating the immune function, treating the immune-related diseases and the atopic dermatitis, or protecting the normal immune cells. The oligodeoxynucleotide for stimulating an adjuvant or treating immune-related diseases is represented by the general formula of: HKCGTTCRTGTCSGM(SEQ ID : NO. 1)(wherein R is A or G, S is C or G, H is A, T or C, K is G or T, and M is C or A), and is characterized in that the oligonucleotides further comprise five nucleotides represented by the following general formula of: DKMHKCGTTCRTGTCSGMYK(SEQ ID : NO. 2) at a 5'-terminal end and a 3'-terminal end(wherein R, S, H, K, and M are same as defined above, D is A, G or T, M is C or A, and Y is C or T). |
