PLASTICISER SYSTEM FOR A RUBBER COMPOSITION

The inventive plasticiser system for plasticising a diene rubber composition is based on MES or TDAE oils and an C5 /vinylaromatic fraction resin, in particular a fraction C5 and styrene copolymer. Said rubber composition exhibits an improved abrasion and cut resistance and is based on at least one type of diene elastomer, a reinforcing filler, a reticulation system and a plasticiser system comprising from 5 to 35 pce of MES or TDAE oils and from 5 to 35 pce of said resin (pce= parts in percent by weight of elastomer). Method for producing the inventive composition, the use thereof for producing a final or semi-final product for a motor vehicle ground holding system, in particular for a tyre and the belt thread thereof are also disclosed.
