A surface protective structure capable of making visually inconspicuous scratches on table wear and ware caused when not only the tableware and ware are brought into point contact with each other but also into contact with surface and line contact with each other and also increasing washing performance for contaminants adhered onto the surface thereof. In the surface protective structure for protecting the surfaces of members such as the sinks of system kitchens to which water is allowed to adhere, an emboss pattern is formed on a smooth bottom surface by a plurality of semi-spherical projected parts projectedly formed thereon, and a surface treatment with excellent contaminant removing capability is applied to the emboss pattern. An interval between the projected parts adjacent to each other in one direction and/or an interval between the projected parts adjacent to each other in the other direction crossingly perpendicular to the one direction may be 2.0 to 10.0 mm.
