<p>An emergency power supply (9) for backing up main power supply systems (1, 10) at the time of fault of the main power systems (1, 10). The emergency power supply is provided with an industrial apparatus operated by performing coordination control of an auxiliary machine (2) operating with power supplied from the main power supply systems (1, 10); an auxiliary power supply (20) for storing power; a circuit (21) for charging the auxiliary power supply (20) with power supplied from the main power supply system (1); a discharge circuit (22) for supplying power stored in the auxiliary power supply (20) to the auxiliary machine (2); and an emergency control circuit (40) for controlling the discharge circuit (22) to supply power from the auxiliary power supply (20) to the auxiliary machine (2) when the main power supply systems (1, 10) are faulty and controlling operation of the auxiliary machine (2) depending on the operating state of the industrial apparatus when the main power supply systems (1, 10) are faulty.</p> |
