A prostaglandin-containing product comprising a container which is made of a resin and has undergone a sterilization treatment and, stored therein, an aqueous liquid preparation containing as an active ingredient a prostaglandin derivative having a fluorine atom in the molecule. In the product, the prostaglandin derivative content of the aqueous liquid preparation can be inhibited from decreasing. The aqueous liquid preparation containing as an active ingredient a prostaglandin derivative having a fluorine atom in the molecule is stored in a resin container which has undergone a sterilization treatment with ethylene oxide gas. The prostaglandin derivative content of the aqueous liquid preparation can be thus inhibited from decreasing.
