A management information monitoring method of a network system and a device thereof are provided to enable an EMS(Element Management System) to manage management information of NEs(Network Elements) in real time, so that a manager can quickly confirm that a fault is generated from an NE where an SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) agent function is not realized. A server(200) sets grade information by management information type of each of NEs(100), collects management information of the respective NEs, and searches grade information of the management information to provide the management information and the grade information of the management information. A client(300) outputs the management information and the grade information of the management information, so that a manager of a network system monitors the outputted information.
