A system for providing a mileage service and a service method using the same are provided to increase satisfaction of a user by accumulating use time of an application program like a mobile game in a mobile terminal to mileage points and enabling the user to use the mileage points as a useful value. The mobile terminal(150) includes a plurality of application programs, an application launcher checking/storing the use time of the application program, and a point conversion application converting stored use time information into mileage point information and accumulates the mileage point information. A mileage management server(110) provides a corresponding service by receiving the accumulated mileage point information from the point conversion application. A mobile telecommunication server(120) provides the network between the mobile terminal and the mileage management server. The application program is various application programs including the mobile game connected/downloaded from a website or the mobile telecommunication server. |
