A method for operating a pasqueflower shop is provided to increase income of farmers, contribute for national healthcare, and enhance a brand image of a self-governing body by cultivating the pasqueflower in a farm and supplying the pasqueflower to the pasqueflower shop. An operation system includes a general operation head office, a pasqueflower farm, a pasqueflower producing/processing part, and a sale part for selling pasqueflower products/services. The general operation head office is equipped with statues, rules, manpower, service space, and equipment. The pasqueflower farm is divided into an exclusive and committed pasqueflower farmer. The pasqueflower producing/processing part comprises an exclusive and general farmer. The sale part includes member shops and hometown circles.
