The unwinder has a wooden panel (1), and a bar (2) including a groove (3) forming a tunnel after mounting the bar on the plate, where the bar is cut from a semi flexible material. A section of a rod is slid into the tunnel which is formed during assembling of the panel and the bar. A threaded end (6) of the section receives a nut and a locknut to prevent the rod from re-release after its introduction in the tunnel.
