PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling-type heat sink capable of effectively cooling a high heat component by integrally coupling a circulating pipe having a fin fixed thereto with a base and circulating a cooling fluid. SOLUTION: Air resistance is effectively received to ensure an excellent cooling effect by integrally combining a base 2 and a circulation pipe 3 including a fin 4 fixed thereto, and forcedly feeding air to the fin 4. In the cooling-type heat sink 1, in order to prevent the leakage of the circulating cooling liquid in the base 2, joint faces are hermetically sealed in inner flow passages of the base 2. Further, the heat sink is excellent in countermeasure against the deterioration thereof by subjecting other coupling parts to flare processing. The heat sink 1 can thus cool high heat generation components of electronic component devices such as CPUs 12 of personal computers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
