An apparatus for stabilizing and solidifying sewage sludge is provided to stabilize a reaction with an additive agent, which is inputted for recycling the sewage sludge, and collects effective components contained in gas generated due to the reaction. A stirrer(110) receives and mixes sewage sludge and an additive agent containing quicklime, and transfers the sludge mixture through a transfer tube. A mixer(130) stirs the sludge mixture while transferring the sludge mixture along a transfer track. A first gas-liquid separator(150) receives gas, which is generated by an exothermic reaction of the sludge mixture within the mixer, and separates concentrated water from the gas. A reactor(230) receives the gas discharged from the first gas-liquid separator and the sludge mixture processed by the mixer, and mixes and stirs the received gas and sludge mixture. A second gas-liquid separator(250) receives gas, which is generated from the sludge mixture within the reactor, and separates concentrated water from the gas. Each of the transfer tube, the mixer, the reactor, the first gas-liquid separator, and the second gas-liquid separator has a cooling medium passing therethrough to control the inside temperature. A cooling controller(170) supplies and collects the cooling medium to and from the transfer tube, the mixer, the reactor, the first gas-liquid separator, and the second gas-liquid separator. |
