摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vacuum heat insulation material which can expand the range of heat welding, which can reduce a sealing failure of the vacuum heat insulation material, and which can improve sealing performance even when a relatively thick core material is used. <P>SOLUTION: Outer covering materials 12a, 12b and the core material 13 are arranged in a manufacturing device 20 so that the two outer covering materials 12a, 12b cover the core material 13. Then the interior of a chamber 16 is partitioned into two spaces 16a, 16b by the upper outer covering material 12a. Then the outer covering materials 12a, 12b are heated by the up-and-down thermal plates 17, and vacuum exhaust in the chamber 16 is performed through piping 18a, 18b. When the interior of the chamber 16 reaches a predetermined degree of vacuum, first, the outer peripheral parts of the outer covering materials 12a, 12b are sealed by a frame seal heater 21, and vacuum opening is performed from the piping 18a. At this time, a pressure difference is generated between the inside and outside of the vacuum heat insulation material 19, and the outer covering material 12a and the outer covering material 12b are brought into contact with each other, thus the heat welding is performed along the core material 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
