PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member in which an electrically stable connecting state is obtained and man-hour and cost of components can be reduced. SOLUTION: The connecting member comprises a substrate 11, an insulating elastic body 21 installed on the substrate, an insulating film arranged on the elastic body 21, and a contact portion (conductor pattern) 33 arranged at a prescribed location of the film so as to be connected to connecting objects 51, 53. The elastic body 21 has a plurality of projected parts 23 which are arranged and installed in cross-sectionally nearly convex shape so that a plurality of them may be opposed to one contact portion.
