PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which reduces the bad effects of snow removing that frequently happen in winter, serious accidents that cause injury or death, traffic congestion and traffic accident or the like as much as possible by melting the snow of a roof by using underground water. SOLUTION: The galvanized sheet metal of the roof and steel pipes for melting snow are fixed and water is pumped from a well 7 through an underground conduit 8 by a pump 9 for pumping water and is discharged by using a T shaped steel pipe 6. Ground subsidence is suppressed by discharging underground water used for melting snow and snow-melted water to the underground through a rain gutter 12.
