PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound for treating diseases associated with Androgen Decline in Female (ADIF). SOLUTION: The invention provides a using method and a producing method of a new class of androgen receptor targeting agents (ARTA) which are selective androgen receptor modulators (SARM). Several of the SARM compounds have been found to have an androgenic and anabolic activity of a nonsteroidal ligand for the androgen receptor.
