For deciding the attachment site of a hearing aid, the three-dimensional shaped model is formed as the external ear canal model to determine a first bending site (a first curve) progressing to the external ear hole and the inside of the external ear canal (steps 112-116), and the range is determined in the mold area (step 118), and the mold model is formed and the data is memorized (steps 120-124). Therefore, the data of the mold model can be easily acquired from the surface shape data acquired by measuring the shape of the external ear canal with the three-dimensional shape measuring device.
