<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning seat facilitating wiring in an air-conditioning cushion and having air blowing and heating functions. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning seat 10 includes a ventilation duct 40, an air-conditioning mat 32, and an electric heating means 31, and an electrically-heated wire 31b. The ventilation duct 40 is supplied with air-conditioning air A. The air-conditioning mat 32 is connected to the ventilation duct 40 to blow the air-conditioning air A to at least one of a seat surface 23a and a backrest surface 24a of the seat 10. The electric heating means 31 is provided to heat the seat surface 23a or the backrest surface 24a to which the air-conditioning air A is sent.
