PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like food material structure conventionally as confectionery assembling decoration using a food material and an accessory material such as a packaging box, using a plurality of materials, producible by anyone, designed for decoration effect similar to a handiwork, enabling eating used confectionery after decoration, and suppliable to general consumers at a low cost, and as a result of this, solving such problems that a structure of placing confectionery requiring no handiwork on a packaging box and/or a decoration stand made of a confectionery cloth and base parts cannot meet the intention of novelty and puzzle and/or story sense. SOLUTION: This plate-like food material structure of rice cracker, biscuit, chocolate and candy comprises forming cut lines for separating on a plate-like food material, and using food material parts separated with the cut lines. The structure can make solids such as animals and plants, buildings, dolls, furniture and vehicles assemblable/disassemblable, design cultivation of aesthetic sentiments through separating and/or assembling, brain action for brain activation and/or aging prevention, and achievement of interest feeling by assembling/disassembling, and contribute to refreshing of mind and body and relieving of fatigue.
