<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-allergic substance obtained from a natural material, especially a food stuff raw material taken daily, also available stably in a large amount and inexpensively, excellent in anti-allergic activity and having a high safety, and an antiallergic agent, a food, a beverage and a cosmetic containing such the anti-allergic substance. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-allergic substance consisting of a lipid soluble fraction contained in an extract is obtained by extracting a wheat-crushed material with a basic solvent.
