PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control display of an image of a face.

SOLUTION: An inappropriate image detection part 56 detects a secondary image which a user may not want other users to see and is in a predetermined state from a primary image including the image of user's face. A display control part 57 can control the display so as to prevent others from seeing the image of the face the user does not want by controlling the display of the image so as to prevent the other users from directly seeing the secondary image out of the primary image when the secondary image is detected. The invention can be applied to an onboard unit.
