<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of objectively evaluating good driving that is safe and careful driving with minimized part deterioration. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle terminal 200 collects and accumulates vehicle operation information showing the operation state of a vehicle 100 in a data logger 220, and periodically transfers it to a driving evaluation server 310 through a communication network 700. Based on the transferred vehicle operation information, a driving evaluation calculation part 310a of the driving evaluation server 310 calculates operation evaluation data consisting of one or more items for quantitatively evaluating the goodness of vehicle driving. The driving evaluation data includes item-based absolute evaluation values for evaluating the goodness of driving of the vehicle 100 as absolute value and history thereof, and a deviation value for evaluating a relative value of each absolute evaluation value with another vehicle of the same type and history thereof.
