PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To emit solar light guided by an optical fiber bundle in an even plane with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A light guide rod 16 with vertical grooves 15a formed on one-side side surface 15c in the rod width direction of a transparent rod 15 having both widthwise side surfaces parallel to each other is arranged on a side end surface 13b of a light guide panel 14 with grooves 13a formed on one side surface of a transparent plate 13. One end of the optical fiber bundle 12 is connected to an longitudinal end surface 15d of the light guide rod 16. Since solar light having entered into the the light guide rod 16 through the optical fiber bundle 12 is reflected in parts of the grooves 15a on the side surface, formed into light having a width, and entered into the light guide panel 14, the light guide panel 14 emits light from the entire surface thereof in an even plane.
