PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor information display device that easily and surely discriminates the illumination state of an LED or the display state of liquid crystal by making direct sunshine not fall on the LED or a liquid crystal display part and is then improved in operability. SOLUTION: An information display section 6 provided with the LED or liquid crystal display part is provided with a light shielding hood 16.
