PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen a lubrication support period by a solid lubricant. SOLUTION: An outside surface of a nut 3 is covered with a thermal insulation sheet 5. Thus, the temperature of a motor for rotating a screw shaft 2 rises, and even if the temperature of the nut 3 rises, a temperature rise in the solid lubricant 4 can be prevented, and drying-up of a lubrication component included in the solid lubricant 4 is prevented, and the lubrication support period by the solid lubricant 4 can be lengthened.
