A "scratch-off " article comprises a radiation cured print covered by a radiation cured release coating covered by a flexographic ink "scratch-off material. Also disclosed are methods for making and using the article. It is emphasized that this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract which will allow a searcher or other reader quickly to ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure.
