PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calibration tool used for calibration of a three-dimensional shape detector, allowing calibration of system parameters without making the configuration thereof complex and without moving its position for calibration. SOLUTION: The calibration tool for calibrating system parameters arranges a first plane part which is on a base plane and extends in a predetermined direction and a second plane part which is on a plane, which is different from the base plane and is parallel to the base plane and alternately extends in a predetermined direction in a direction intersecting the predetermined direction, thereby providing the first plane part and the second plane part in a plurality of numbers, respectively.
