PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scintillator plate, having improved light emission luminance by improving luminous efficiency of light emission by radiation irradiation, while using CsI which is a superior material for a scintillator material as a base, and having improved moisture resistance, even if a moisture-proof barrier is not installed. SOLUTION: This scintillator plate, wherein a phosphor film is formed on a substrate through deposition, by using as a supply source a raw material including two or more kinds of additives that include at least thallium iodide and copper iodide as much as 0.01 mol% or more, respectively, to CsI is characterized by performing deposition of copper iodide, after the finish of 80% of the whole deposition film thickness.
