PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair, which prevents a backrest sheet from being entangled in a seating face sheet side when folded so as to surely be folded outwardly in an opposite direction of the seating face sheet side, and is smoothly folded. SOLUTION: A bloated part 21 that gradually protrudes less as approaching both ends from a center and also protrudes outwardly in the opposite direction of the seating face sheet 3 side is formed on the lower part of the backrest sheet 2. A guiding belt 8 is provided on the lower side of the bloated part 21 between both of side frames 4 on a rear part of the seating face sheet 3 side, and the lower surface side of the bloated part 21 of the backrest sheet 2 is attached on the upper surface side of the guiding belt 8 with a hook-and-loop fastener 81.
