COMMUNICATION CONFERENCE SYSTEM, VOICE CONVERTING DEVICE, AND SIGNAL CONVERSION ADAPTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication conference system capable of mutually connecting a user having only a connection means depending on a telephone line network and a user having only an IP connection means without needing an expensive dedicated conference server. SOLUTION: A voice conference device 1 is provided with a network processing part for transmitting and receiving voice information to/from other devices through an IP and a terminal for inputting and outputting a voice signal. The voice conference device 1 is connected to a receiver terminal of a telephone 3 through the adapter 2 for converting the standard (mainly level) of the voice signal. The voice conference device 1 is connected to other voice conference devices through the IP and to other telephones by a telephone line through the telephone 3.
