<p>The invention concerns a method for organizing a flow of people including: a step of communication between a communicating user terminal and a server during which a digital address of the user is identified, a step of storing, by the server, said digital address; a step of estimating, by the server, of a waiting time to access a resource based on other requests for accessing said resource; a step of comparing, by said server, the waiting time and a predetermined value and, when said waiting time is not more than the predetermined value, a step of communication from the server to said digital address to notify the user of the impending availability of the resource. Preferably, during the step of communication between the user terminal and the server, the method consists in using a telephone the call number of which serves as digital address and is transmitted to the server. Preferably, during the step of comparing the waiting time and the predetermined value, the method consists in determining said predetermined value based on the location of the second user terminal and the location of the access to the requested resource.</p> |
