<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle radar device for detecting accurately another car. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle domain recognition part 7 detects the car width W and the car length L of another car in the periphery of one's own car based on an image photographed by a camera 2. A target tracking part 3 sets a grouping range having the size corresponding to the car width W and the car length L detected by the vehicle domain recognition part 7 relative to another car on a position where another car in the periphery of one's own car is estimated to exist, groups measured data measured by a radar positioning part 1 into a group of the measured data showing the relative position in the same grouping range, detects the relative position of another car in each group, and outputs the result to a target management table 4 for managing the relative position of another car.
