PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control system allowing synchronization of execution of processing programs between controllers for the purpose of linkage operation even without laying a dedicated cable, even without performing measurement of transmission delay or timing adjustment in each controller based on a result thereof. SOLUTION: When an event becoming an opportunity of an execution start of a program occurs in some controller, the controller broadcast-transmitting a trigger comprising the event and occurrence time thereof to the other controllers, and each the controller generates a delay trigger wherein a prescribed delay time is added to the event occurrence time included in the trigger, and starts a series of the processing program with it as a starting point.
