Side edges of wall sections (5, 6) linked to parallel, opposite folds (3, 4) are pre-adhered on both sides to adjacent wall sections. Side edges of wall sections arranged between those linked to parallel opposite fold lines, are not locked until erection of the baking mold. The wall sections are constructed with side edges extending at right angles to the fold line. A gusset (12, 13) is constructed between pairs of adjacent wall sections. Each gusset comprises two fold lines with a corner folded down to the base (2).
