PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plant facilities which do not require a change gear such as a reducer or speed-up gears so as to improve the overall efficiency of the plant. SOLUTION: The plant facilities include: a turbine 1 that rotates at a frequency higher than a power supply frequency; an electric generator 2 that is directly connected to the turbine and rotates at a frequency the same as the turbine; and an electric motor 5 that is directly connected to a load unit 6 and is actuated by electricity 13 having a frequency higher than the power supply frequency outputted from the electric generator 2.
