PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified wiring coupling structure to a headrest which allows releasing the held condition of a connector held in standby on the seat back side after the connectors are coupled together through the inserting operation of a headrest stay. SOLUTION: The structure is to couple the wiring Wb with another Wh, and includes a first connector 30 coupled with the wiring Wh and a second connector 40 coupled with the wiring Wb. The first connector 30 is secured to the forefront in the inserting direction S in the stay 21, while the second connector 40 is fastened to a holding member 50 through hitching of a pawl. When the first connector 30 is inserted to the second 40 by inserting the stay 21, the two connectors are fastened owing to hitching of the pawl to generate a coupled condition. The engaging force of the pawl is stronger than the engaging force of the second connector 40 with the pawl of the holding member 50. When the stay 21 is drawn off in the condition that the two connectors are coupled, the coupled condition of the second connector 40 with the holding member 50 is disengaged while the connectors remain in the coupled condition.
