PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform printing plate manufacturing and printing simply and at a low cost even when a rolled sheet in continuous length is used. SOLUTION: A printing apparatus 1 has a printing part 2 having a plate cylinder 5 which winds a master 8 for stencilling printing having an opening hole part 5A and a non-opening hole part 5B, formed with printing plate manufacturing images C1-C4, and freely rotatably and freely removably supported by the device body 17, and a pressing means 6 freely coming into contact with and separated from the plate cylinder 5, a means 3 for feeding the sheet in continuous length which forwards the sheet 18 in continuous length wound in a rolled shape toward the printing part 2, and a means 4 for winding the sheet in continuous length which winds the printed sheet 18 in continuous length into a rolled shape. The pressing means 6 is brought into press-contact with the plate cylinder 5 in accordance with the opening hole part 5A. The means 3 for feeding the sheet in continuous length and the means 4 for winding the sheet in continuous length intermittently convey the sheet 18 in continuous length in accordance with the opening hole part 5A.
