PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper preventing the direct contact of excreted feces with the skin of a wearer and effectively preventing the falling-back of the urine and feces. SOLUTION: This disposable diaper 1 is provided with an absorbent body 22, a top sheet 18 disposed covering the upper face of the absorbent body 22 and having at least one part composed of liquid permeable material, and a back sheet 20 disposed covering the lower face of the absorbent body 22 and composed of a liquid impermeable material. This diaper is further provided with a skin contact sheet 24 disposed in the upper part of the top sheet 18 and formed with an opening part (a feces passing opening part ) 28 for passing the feces, the whole part of the skin contact sheet 24 is constituted of an air permeable and water-shedding sheet 46, the both side edges of the skin contact sheet 24 and the top sheet 18 are connected with a hydrophilic joint sheet 38, or a different body from the skin contact sheet 24, and joint sheet 38 retains the hydrophilicity except for the joining part 35 between the skin contact sheet 24 with the top sheet 18.
