<p>Novel, high yielding prepolymers are prepared by reducing chloropolysilanes with lithium aluminum hydride. These prepolymers exhibit good handling properties and are useful for preparing ceramics, silicon carbide ceramic materials and articles containing silicon carbide.</p> |
