<p>Disclosed is a non-human animal which has the tissue-specific reduction or defect in the activity of an enzyme involved in a sugar chain modification, wherein the sugar chain modification is characterized in that an a-bonding is formed between position-6 of N-acetylglycosamine at the reducing terminus of a N-glycoside-bound composite sugar chain and position-1 of fucose. Also disclosed is a method for production of the non-human animal. Further disclosed is use of the non-human animal.</p>
