A service system for managing check ready-money and a check ready-money settling method using the same are provided to pursue correctness of the check ready-money owing to business distribution and improve competitiveness owing to human resource reduction by managing the check ready-money of an ATM with a terminal of an outsourcing service company. The outsourcing service company terminal(10) is equipped with a check ready-money management program and is connected to a host(60) of a banking facility. The host receives notification for check transaction details of an ATM(70) connected to the host from the outsourcing service company terminal and provides the check transaction details to the outsourcing service company terminal. The outsourcing service company terminal includes a controller generally controlling the check ready-money management program and a storing part storing the check transaction details of the ATM. The check ready-money management program comprises a check claiming amount registration screen, a check item making screen, a check registration screen, an issued check closing screen, and a received check inquiry screen. |
