POLYURETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOFING CLOTH, AND MOISTURE PERMEABLE WATERPROOFING CLOTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable waterproofing cloth having excellent water resistance (waterproof), moisture permeability and heat resistance by using a polyurethane resin giving little load on the fields of working environmental hygiene and treatment of exhausted gas, and having coatability (film-forming properties) equal to that of a conventional polyurethane resin for the moisture-permeable waterproofing cloth using a solvent such as DMF and MEK. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin composition for the moisture-permeable waterproofing cloth comprises an alcohol solution of a hydrophilic polyurethane resin (A) having 10-80 wt.% content of an oxyethylene group in the resin, and a polyisocyanate (B).
